Fifteen very talented students have kicked off their 2023 vacation program at Roy Hill.

Covering a range of disciplines, including cybersecurity, engineering, environmental science, marketing, metallurgy and politics – the students will onboard at our state-of-the-art Remote Operations Centre in Perth before mobilising to mine, port and rail sites in the Pilbara.

Roy Hill’s vacation program runs for 12 weeks and focuses on developing talent. In addition to working on their own substantive projects (supported and mentored by leaders and specialists in the business), students will see Roy Hill’s pit to port operations first-hand and learn how an integrated mining, rail and port company works.
